Despite what most people think, dating apps are a lot like dating in the real world. You're going to have folks out there with 65 requirements, traits, and standards that their future partner must possess and you're also going to have the folks that swipe right on everybody. Like the real world, you have to do a lot of digging to get past the weirdos, con artists, and downright bizaare people. For some, they have success right away on the apps, falling in love with their soulmate and sailing away into the sunset. Others search online for a while, only ever getting paired with people who like sweaty gym socks more than they like your personality.
