Ok, so the eagle flies around during the national anthem, much like fighter planes. Therefore, it is very possible that this eagle, like a fighter pilot, holds rank in the military, probably in the airforce. This is just a hypothesis, but by the end of the decade, there will be multiple eagle cyborg units in the airforce.
