TikTok Users are Hilariously Dragging the Boomer-Infested U.S. Congress Through the Mud with Videos About the TikTok Ban, CEO Shou Chew Hearing

We've been through this before, the U.S. Congress wants to ban TikTok. Why? Because they believe it is harvesting user data and giving it to the Chinese government. Even though there is literally zero proof of this and the TikTok CEO repeatedly tells them that there is not proof and they have no and have never had any intentions of sharing any user data.

However, if you watched the start of the trial yesterday you would be confused on exactly why the U.S. Congress is so against TikTok because they don't really stick to their initial reason of data mining. What they do, however, is completely let their boomer cards show. At one point, the most popular asinine questions a congress member has asked so far, one of the Reps asked how Wifi worked… It's just mind blowing how out-of-touch these senior citizen on the U.S. Congress are. Many pro-TikTokers and viewers of the hearing are just hands down embarrassed how that hearing went down.

Of course, millennials and now Gen Zs have gone through so many mind-blowing historical events, that we deal with it the only way we can—we make it funny! So it only makes sense, because it is a hearing about TikTok, that TikTok users have flooded the app with hilarious reenactments of the hearing, funny memes about it, and just all around hilarious reaction videos of the ridiculousness of the entire hearing.
