Employees have been complaining about their unreasonably understaffed teams for a while, and it's about time that management does something about it. Unfortunately, the only thing a lot of bosses seem to care about is themselves, and the strict budget the cheap company keeps in order for the higher-ups to make the amount of money they do. Who can blame employees for getting up for work in a bad mood, consciously aware of the fact that they're gonna work twice as hard simply because there isn't enough manpower? It's ridiculous.
