Badly injured in his eye and scared of humans, this adorable pooch finally got the break that he deserved. It took him days of doing nothing but sleep to get used to his new space, but eventually, he realized that he's safe. 

He has been taken in by people so caring who spent their time nursing him back to health, another dog who helped bring him out of his shell, and eventually, those same people found him the kind of forever home that makes him the happiest in the world.
