Ohhhhh, Hingie Hinge. Nowadays, it seems that everyone and their mother has a story about how they swiped right and found their soulmate, their happily ever after. Now, we don't know about you guys, but this sounds like a modern-day fairytale with a complete happy ending. Or so we thought.

See, while these love stories do give us hope and inspiration, once you've been on there for as long as we have - it does tend to get a little discouraging. Instead of the perfect match, we only seem to be encountering the crazies. You know, the ones who use way too many emojis and send unsolicited d*ck pics.

Every time you're talking to someone you think he could be the one. You even get a little excited - who knows, maybe this is your future Mr. right?! Yeah, no. The next thing you know you're getting ghosted, stood up, or unmatched. It's a vicious cycle, really. But hey, we always keep coming back for more. Maybe one day, the Hinge gods will reward us for our loyalty. Or clownery. Either or.
