Motor vehicle - ●●● X How would you guys offer your services.? I have a local mom group I am wanting to start offering my services in but I don't really know how to word it sounding "official" I had my first unassisted birth in June and wanted to start offering my doula &' placenta encapsulation services along with renting my birth pool / all the extra birth supplies but I keep typing things out &' deleting it. I ran across a post like this one time hut couldn't find it to reference back to. Tha

Smile - It's always this same story every couple of months yet none of these "encounters" ever make it to the local news. I live near here. Go to this Target quite often. My friends and family go to this Target. None of us have ever seen these "creepers."

Font - I was at my normal Target today (in Toledo, OH) with my two kids just doing our normal Target thing. I was there for about 40 minutes hitting up numerous sections throughout the store. After my first stop at Starbucks, we hit up the baby section, where I noticed a man following us, without a cart or a basket. As we continued throughout the store, he would pop up everywhere we were, and was always on his phone, which he appeared to be texting. He would constantly look up at us and continue

Font - Did you actually have security call the cops or you yourself call the cops or did you just post this on Facebook for likes? I'm sorry, but someone tells this same story every couple months yet no one is actually calling the cops! These stories never make it to the news. If you really are experiencing these things then you need to call the cops EVERY TIME & not just tell your story on Facebook.

Font - People telling her to focus on her safe, healthy baby are being slated. These poor women who can't experience unassisted/home birth are so hard on themselves.

Font - My surprise baby boy was born yesterday (I was sure I was having a girl). My second planned home birth, except this one turned into a hospital transfer c section and everything I never wanted for my babies post birth. I'm so bummed, hurt, numb, empty. I felt like my labor was going so well yesterday. Contractions started at 8am. My family and I went for a walk in the park and took some last minute pictures. Labor progressed at a very reasonable rate and I felt calm and in control and exci

Font - She was so great and present and helpful during labor. She was supposed to witness what a calm, peaceful and loving birth looks like. I'm in so much pain, physically, emotionally, spiritually.... never in my wildest dreams did I imagine this was the birth experience I'd end up with. It feels so unfair. My first home birth was tough but beautiful. I'm supposed to be in my own bed right now cuddling both my babes. I'm just so sad. I guess looking for kind words to help me cope at this time.

Font - I like gentle parenting but this woman did her child a huge disservice to her child with her approach - imagine what this child could have been with proper parental support.

Font - Outcome update: How a person who was raised gently without ever having been ordered around as a kid, yelled at, punished, shamed, lectured, blamed, or coerced in any way has turned out (so far). Does this kid "adult" well? Yes. Yes, he does. He adults effectively and uncomplainingly. Now, before I go on, let me acknowledge that he is but one person; we're not talking about a controlled double-blind study. We're talking about a single individual child who grew up without any of the coercio

Font - Many onlookers told me that my kid would grow up to be an entitled, insufferable adult who would think the world revolved around him and wouldn't be able to support himself or put food on the table. He wouldn't be considerate or think of other people. He wouldn't be capable of handling life or solving problems. He would have no reason to ever strike out on his own. He wouldn't be able to show up for work on time (or at all if he just didn't feel like it). He'd never learn to read or write

Product - Now, I realize that I am his mom and that reduces my objectivity. However, a wonderful friend said to me today, "Just because you're subjective doesn't mean you're wrong." Fortunately, there are other people who are not his mom who see the same wonderful human as I do. So, if you're concerned that gentle, respectful, connected parenting will result in a sociopathic adult, I'm here to tell you to ignore the naysayers (and the fearful voice inside you) and follow your heart to parent you

Font - WTF? "You dressing your son in girls clothes makes people misgender my kid." No, this is why it's people like you when I dress my daughter In pink they call her a boy. Or vice versa! That's not fair for the people who choose to believe in boys are boy and girls are girls it's truly sad to make people feel on edge just by simply the mistaken, your child's gender and you giving them a whole lecture about nonbinary and all that stuff.. 1d Haha Reply 3

Font - Feeling very emotional My little girl is 11 months and has almost completely stop breastfeeding. She feeds well for her in the middle of the night feed and the rest of the time I feel like I'm wrestling her onto me to feed and she just doesn't want it. It's been like this for a good month now, I gave her a bottle yesterday and she wasn't fussed about that either. She's a great eater and I haven't found anything she won't eat yet. She loves her water, gets very excited by water and yoghurt
