'I looked at her like are you serious?': Mom refuses to discipline tantrum-throwing kid, nanny complies, mom lives to regret it

This one goes out to all the nannies and babysitters out there! These rockstars have to deal with screaming children and absent parents as part of their daily work routine, and rarely do they get enough credit for all that they have to put up with day in and day out. 

 

This Redditor had to endure screaming fits, thrown objects, constant crying, and even encounters where she got hurt in the process. Sounds like a demon child in desperate need of discipline. The problem was that this kid's parents refuse to enact any discipline and got wildly upset when the babysitter felt like she needed to give this kid a time-out. So what happened next? Well, the nanny complied and did absolutely nothing the next time the kid got upset. This meant that the mother had to come home and see the damage herself. Based on the subsequent consequences, it's clear that she came to regret her parenting decisions.
