Doggos bring dopamine. There's a reason hoomans aren't employing cats with their emotional support needs because a cat simply could not care less. Dogs on the other hand, care a lot– and they show us every time they sniff your hand, wag their tails, and do zoomies when you come home from work. Even the worst day of work can be flipped around when you enter your house and see your rescue pooch, tuck their tooshie and dart around the living room. The doggie dopamine provided by that one little tuck can save you from a day of misery. So why would you hand out with anybody else? Frankly, this weekend might be suddenly booked up with groomer appointments, dog spa days, and a round at the dog park with your #1 boy.
