I'm happy that I was lucky enough to enjoy the freedom of a long weekend. After all, a long weekend also means a short workweek. Which, to be frank, is how every week should be: four days long. While many progressive companies are adopting the four-day workweek as a means of improving the work-life balance of their employees, not everyone is fortunate to work for a company that prioritizes their workers. For the rest of us, these weeks are a joy, but often filled with extra work as a sort of cruel tradeoff.
For those of us with extra work, it's important to remember to take breaks. Breaks help keep us sane, and one of the best ways to enjoy a little "me time" through the hustle is by scrolling through memes. They're easily accessible and can be enjoyed by distraction-seekers and bored people alike. We're here to help to improve that accessibility by providing a fat stack of memes all in one place. It's not much, but it's honest work.
