Everybody always hopes to earn that quarterly bonus every few months. If your company offers some sort of moneybag incentive for good work, it's tough to turn down a little extra dough. Let's be honest, we could all use a little more wallet cushion these days. Most of the time, bonuses are based on your performance, so when your boss tells you you gotta step it up for an extra payday, it's time we all take it seriously.

Nobody has taken a performance-based bonus more seriously than the junior agents at North Valley Group, a small firm of realtors sharing their hot takes on TikTok. Recently the Gen Z junior sales bros at NVG created a captivating video showing exactly how hard they were willing to werk, to earn that extra bonus from their boss

The self proclaimed ‘men who act like boys’ strutted into their boss's office with ‘Buttons’ by the Pussycat Dolls blaring in the speakers, an epic start to their top performance. They start with a tantalizing choreography, mirroring the classic moves of PCD and other haute RnB queens. To get their boss's attention, they throw in a spicy bend-and-snap that'll make you question just how stretchy those fitted chino pants are.

The icing on the cake is their final show-stopping move: The simmering pose. With direct eye contact and a gaze that could light a man on fire, the boss is inundated with this alarmingly professional hot-girl move, as the junior salesmen jump shot the gleaming red cherry on top of their bonus-worthy performance.

BOOM. Can't say no to that, can you Mr. Boss man? With a head shake, it's clear that these guys have earned their quarterly bonus this year with the most impeccable performance we've seen to date. Who ever said that the top-level performance had to be work related?

SHOW ME THE MONEY!

For all the haters out there that say that this team of salesmen isn't out here putting in work every day, they clearly don't realize the time and dedication needed for a dance routine of this caliber. Obviously the had to train the quads and glutes to be able to support such jarring motion and they had to simply perfect the pop lock and drop it technique so that they don't blow out their knees. Take notes corporate headquarters, because there really should be a talent portion associated with earning your quarterly bonuses.
