The way that you find a connection with your partner can be unexplainable. It could be their eyes, their smile, their hair, or their habits that make them special to you. Whatever it is, these traits catch your eye and make that partner special. We Cheezcakers were curious about how small things can break the connection between two suitable partners. One of these things that we came across is "scent."

A partner with a distasteful smell can retract the feelings you thought you had for them! There are many things that play a role in this smell it could be diet, hygiene, or simply a natural scent. Either way, it is interesting to imagine that people can gain or lose attraction based on smell. Does it have to do with pheromones? There is much to be researched.

Twitter users passionately debated this topic and concluded that smell and attraction go hand and hand. It is still unclear where the smell truly comes from, but unless both partners enjoy each other's scent there will be issues in the relationship.
