Font - Last week my boss screamed at one of my coworkers for no reason at all. He does this from time to time, but also shoves meetings into your face 5mins before your shift is over and does other shit that is simply unacceptable.

Font - I am the only employee doing Cloud Computing in my company, and I decided to quit the following day. 3 days later and I already found something way better.
  • 05
Font - My boss is fuming so hard rn because we have so many cloud projects in the making and it is a big % of our business. While talking to him he ofcourse shifted the blame towards me and said something along the lines of "how can you be so egoistic?",
  • 06
Font - saying he never did anything wrong. Now he wants to give the Cloud part to another employee that hasnt done anything cloudrelated in his lifetime. My condolences to that guy and Good luck...

Human body - I feel so relieved now. Don't accept this bullshit.

Font - Quick-Employee1744 My boss screamed at me today, said he is the boss and he decides everything and I don't get to have an "attitude" why did he say that? Because I asked him to not delete a file I was working on. 10 hr. ago ●

Font - The moment he stopped yelling,I packed up my stuff and told him to look for someone else to yell at and left. Employers forget that they need us. They think the moment we work for them they own us.

Font - cosmic_jenny. 6 hr. ago he decides everything Everything except your decision whether or not you want to work in that place or not. Always remember that.

Font - ****** matt____n 3 hr. ago Me and my boss had an eerily similar encounter. Started yelling and telling me not to listen to team lead because he is the manager and wants complete control over me. What he says goes.
  • 12
Font - Turns out he screamed at me because I don't allow myself to be controlled, and that pissed him off. He doesn't see it as a peer-to- peer relationship.
  • 13
Font - Granted, he also told us about 5 months ago that we're all "servants that need to be whipped." Somehow, the company I work for tolerates that kind of behavior.

Font - Narodnik608 hr. ago For years, my employer would occasionally fly off the handle at me when he was in a general crappy mood that we could smell when we came into work. he sometimes makes things stressful when they need not be.
  • 15
Font - he hates to be overwhelmed and get mouthy with the staff. we account for it and say 'Well. That's just him." I got a little tired of it. In our shop, word travels fast. There's a snitch on every crew and, as foreman, I can keep track of who they are by planting nonsense in

Font - their ears and having it repeated back to me two days later by the boss. Any, I said aloud within earshot of one of these rats that next time the boss yells at me I will be taking off work the following day no matter what is scheduled.

Font - Boss f ked around and found out not three days later. Screamed at me on Tuesday and I called off Wednesday. This never happened again in the last 15 years.

Font - Slimy_Shart_Socket 3 hr. ago . I work as a mechanic, huge shortage on certified techs. I asked boss for a raise, he said no. I told one of the apprentices who likes to gossip that I was going to quit because he denied my raise. 3 days later I got a bigger raise then I was going to ask for. I wanted a $3/hr raise, I got $5/hr instead.

Font - bulletbassman 6 hr. ago Once told a guy a to relax cause he was screaming at an employee cause she asked him to wash his own dishes since it was putting her behind.

Font - 30 minutes later he asks to talk to me and clear the air. I thought he was going to apologize. Instead he got up in my face and told me to never but in on an interaction between him and an employee.

Font - I just said alright I quit then. As I was gathering my things he started shitting on my work ethic so I just told him everything that makes him a sh tty manager and that his number one problem is he is lazy and doesn't do anything

Font - but the bare minimum and gets pissed off at everyone else when it doesn't work out. I left there called an old job that had been asking for me to come back and we set records for sales that evening. Meanwhile

Font - the place I left ran 45 minute to an hr tickets cause that dude couldn't keep up on the station I worked. Rarely have I ever felt so vindicated. It was Mother's Day too. Which is like the Super Bowl of the restaurant industry.
