It's a rare occasion that I'll ever turn down the opportunity to be part of ordering food. Even if I'm not that hungry, I can never resist the temptation for a few tasty, dopamine increasing morsels. However, I understand that other people have more self control than this, or at least that's what they like to think.
This is especially true of women, because not everyone is an Amy Dunne style Cool Girl who consumes junk with supposedly anxiety-free abandon. This is what prompts the stereotype of the food stealing girlfriend, who's never hungry enough for fries, but steals some of yours anyway.
A Redditor who was on the receiving end of a similar predicament began a debate on Twitter, after posting about his annoyance that his girlfriend sneakily took a bite of his burger after saying she didn't want food. Out of all the things a partner can do to irritate you, it could be far worse.
