'I was AGHAST': Heroic couple confronts a litterbug in the street, turning the tables by giving them a taste of their own medicine

Nobody likes a litterbug. When people trash your neighborhood with their literal garbage, something rubs you the wrong way. Don't get me wrong, we've all accidentally had a receipt fly out of our pocket and straight into the storm drain, but that's not the kind of littering I'm referring to. I'm talking about premeditated, complete-disregard-for-the-environment, as-low-as-you-can-go LITTERING. In this story, one vigilante couple noticed a rouge litterbug in the wild and did what any self-respecting hero would do: they went after them.
