Happy morning, cat people! We hope that your week has been fabulous and that you're ready to close it off on apawsitive note on this lovely Friday! You have to start the day on the right paw, and the only way to do that is, of course, by meeting the newly adopted faces of the week!
Every single week, on Friday morning, we start your day off with a collection of the most wholesome cat adoption stories that we found on the web. From street cats to shelter cats, from big cats to small cats, every cat deserves a forever home, and every furrever home is something to celebrate.
As we do every week, we would like to say a massive thank you to every single person who adopted this week. And an even bigger thank you goes to those of you who adopted senior cats, sick cats, rehomed cats, cats with behavioral issues and other "impurrfect kitties". You have started a long journey with these troublemakers, and although it may not be the easiest, we know that you will enjoy every second of it. Happy Friday!

"Kimchi was found stuck in car wheel well in front of my friend's house. After a couple hours of unsuccessful attempts I somehow managed to pull her out, and immediately could tell she needed help. Kimchi had a pretty gnarly eye infection and I rushed her to the nearest emergency vet the next morning where we waited for about 5 hours to be seen. Every single moment was worth it, I love this kitten with my entire life. She has grown into the silliest, most affectionate little kitty and she fit right in with our older cat, Ferb. Kimchi has found her forever home with us!"
"From local shelter! Met him at cat yoga event and he kept coming up to me so I ended up adopting him. :) three years old, about 7.5 lbs and so cuddly and sweet. Slept on my lap the whole hour drive to my apartment."
"Wife and son adopted a kitten can someone tell me what kind it is ? Domestic short hair but what else ? His name is Ash. Already fixed which is unusual being so little . My other pics is of my other two tabby short hairs bro and sis 8 months old , also adopted."
"we added a new addition to our family. my bf's cat passed away about a year ago & we noticed our orange cat (bagel) has been more lonely. (i changed jobs so he's been at home by himself more). we recently adopted this little guy who we named boots! i just wanted to come on here & say how lucky we feel that they both have gotten along so well! bagel grooms boots & they both chase each other & have the zoomies together. he is the sweetest boy but has been getting more mischievous! i love it! & him"
"Today, I have away Oreo, (kitten in the first 4 pictures), to a new home. He was a chill cat, loves giving nose boops, loves booty pats.
The last 3 pictures are ruby, she left yesterday
I'm gonna miss them both, but I know there gonna be better with their owners. I couldn't keep them because I have 5 cats of my own.
I've adopted 7 kittens from my neighborhood, gave them away for free. I'm saving enough money to get momma fixed and other feral cats in my neighborhood fixed as well."
