Sometimes we all need a little R&R. And by that I mean, rest and rambunctiousness, obviously in the form of chaotic feline energy. Cat lovers find solace knowing that they have a plushie, former predator living in their home and the idea of their pointy teeth tearing into their ankles does not phase them. In fact, cat owners are enlightened by the rambunctious nature of the cat living in their house because it reinvigorates them.

You never know when a kitten is going to pounce onto your head from the overhead shelves, you never know when your feisty pet is going to knock mugs off the counter, and you certainly never know when you're going to get a once living 'present' on your front porch. Cats keep us surprised at every turn and that's what lights a little flame in our hearts for them. So the next time your cat bamboozles you or causes trouble in the house, just know that they're doing it for you– they're doing it to keep you young and refreshed. That's what their little R&R sessions are for.
