It's not everyday you come across a work environment like this one! Usually, you read about the most toxic work places that include manipulative managers, entitled boss, rude coworkers, etc. However, workplace culture is evolving thanks to the millennials and gen z and slowly we are eating away at the nightmarish work environment.
Just take this place! The relationship between employees and managers has found a perfect balance of professional and casual. They are friendly enough to be able to pull pranks on one another, but also make sure they get all their work done with the utmost effort. See? It's all about balance and we are getting there slowly but surely.
This particular wholesome prank had one employee running out to buy a suit. All of his coworkers, managers, and even clients from abroad doing virtual meetings with him made sure to dress very formal. The manager made some made up rule saying formal attire is required now. So, obviously, the next day this employee shows up in a nice looking suit. However, he found everyone else wearing their most casual sweats. The banter and laughter that proceeded this was wholesome and fun! If only every work environment was like this one.
