It usually comes from one of two circumstances: either we were really productive and finished most of our work for the day already, or we didn't get anything done and can't be bothered to keep trying. Oh, yeah - this orange guy hasn't had a turn with the brain cell in a while. You can tell by the glazed eyes. We're pretty sure he's not even staring, this is just the way his face looks. Hopefully he will get his turn soon, but until then, nothing but hot air in between those ears.

Our cat doesn't do this before the alarm, but if the alarm goes off and we hit snooze, our cat decides otherwise. She loves to make sure we get up on time, and she'll go to any lengths to make sure that we do.
