I always struggle when the weather starts to get colder. It's not that I don't like fall, it's just that my body suddenly decides that my energy levels have to plummet into hibernation mode. Much as their lifestyle has its attractive qualities, I'm not a grizzly bear. I still have stuff to do when the thermometer drops a couple of degrees, y'know?

The dilemma is that when I'm sitting inside at work, I'm too uncomfortable when I'm cold and too drowsy if I'm warm (especially after lunch). Maybe I should get my iron levels checked, or maybe I should keep on distracting myself with memes. The latter option is the one I don't have a choice in, so that's what I'm going to pursue. They can warm us all from within in a way that is not too overpowering. At least, that's what I would like to think about them.
