'When you're one whistleblower away from being caught, the sensible thing to do is to NOT antagonize people', said one commenter on a post by u/Agreeable-Key3914, who shared a story that happened many years ago, back when they were working at a pizza shop in college. People have all kinds of college stories to share, but this one is nothing like the others… I bet not a lot of people can say that they have done what this OP did. It definitely takes some courage to call welfare officials on a coworker (we'll call her Sarah) but apparently, OP is not lacking in bravery.
Sarah was obviously miserable and did not have the highest self-esteem, otherwise she would not have had to make OP's work life so hard. During their time working together, Sarah tried really hard to mess with OP's employment hours, and eventually, she succeeded. At the time, Sarah was studying law, so you would think she had half a brain in terms of what the word 'legal' constitutes, but as it turns out, she was not the brightest crayon in the box. Scroll down to see why that is, and then check out this resident who sent countless letters to people in a neighborhood, asking for a free house. I want a free house, too.
