Is it just me, or is everyone ending their relationships with their toxic partners lately? There's a sense of change in the air, as we women recognize our self-worth and realize we deserve so much more than the minimal effort we've been receiving. And so we finally decided to put our foot down and break free from those unhealthy, co-dependent cycles and move on to better things.

However, here's the catch. Every time I even think about reentering the dating world, whether through apps or in general, I find myself feeling timid, anxious, and questioning whether it's even worth it in the first place. The idea of engaging in small talk and sharing my past makes me sick to my stomach. But hey, that's just one of the challenges of being an introvert.
