'GET OFF OUR PROPERTY AND NEVER COME BACK': Couple buys a house from an entitled Karen who refuses to leave them alone, haunting their property and trespassing for years after the sale

Nobody likes when unwanted visitors just 'stop by' their house. Usually the perpetrators of an impromptu visit are judgy mother-in-laws, Jehovah's witnesses, girl scouts, and that one pyramid scheming soccer mom you can't seem to shake. To get rid of unwelcome guests, we've come up with smart ways to ward them off, usually starting with polite excuses and escalating our dismissals into snarkier, more underhanded jabs. It's rare that homeowners need to intensify their attacks against unwelcome guests beyond passive aggression, because at a certain point, when the intrusive passersby at your door has lingered too long, they get the hint. However, in those rare cases where a heavier hand is required to clear the pests at your front door, you may have a home-stalker on your hands. 

That's when the stalemate begins. 

When defending your home from unwelcome assailants, residents need to have more mental fortitude than their adversary. Unfortunately, in this story, the offender that was badgering a couple living in their newly purchased home was a bonafide, entitled Karen who was a little more relentless than the couple was prepared for. I then told the employee I am the new owner and showed proof. Old owner changed his address on some stuff but not all.
