There are plenty of workplace scams out there. Coworkers that are selling Tupperware, vitamin supplements, or overpriced chocolate bars to support their kid's baseball team should be avoided at all costs. Although most people learn the difference between a swindling colleague and a desperate one, but in some cases, the incredulous nature of the office can turn your coworkers into Debby Doubter's.

As we all know, hospital bills can add up, turning the most levelheaded people towards their more ruthless side. In this story, one woman who was struggling with a dwindling wedding fund all because of her fiance's complicated surgery. In an act of desperation, she asked a few coworkers if they could make a donation to try and salvage at least a small elopement, but when her future-hubby's condition worsened, they threw the spare cash at the physical therapy office instead. However, one extremely insensitive coworker didn't buy the 'sob story' and went on a public rampage against them.
