This Redditor saw the encounter in plain sight and sent a company-wide email explaining that he was quitting because of what he saw (without naming any names). However, a number of employees discovered what went down through the grapevine, and soon enough, two dozen employees quit on the spot. Clearly, there were enough problems at the company before this interaction because it was the last straw for many folks. We hope this boss took a serious look at himself in the mirror and came to understand what he had done. However, this is probably wishful thinking. People like this never admit to that kind of wrongdoing.
