Monday… Monday, Monday, Monday. That is our only thought this morning, and it is a depressing one. Another workweek ahead, another day not spent with our pets, another day of working and adulting and not procrastinating. We want nothing more than to stay in bed for a little while longer under these warm blankets, but we cannot. We must go out and adult… in five minutes. We need those minutes, they're impawtant. We simply must use them to look at some pawsome animal pictures.
Every single week, we bring you all a brand new collection of animal pictures caught at just the right moment. And we bring this to you first thing on Monday morning because this is the one day of the week where we truly need to be reminded of just how much awesomeness their is for us to see out there in the world. And these pictures will do just that for you. We hope you enjoy them, and we wish you a pawfect week!

"There are 8 species of Pangolins across Africa & Asia, all of whom play a vital role in pest control. Estimates indicate that one adult Pangolin can consume more than 70 million insects annually. Sadly, poaching & habitat loss have made them one of the most threatened groups of mammals in the world."
"Australia's grey-headed flying fox can grow a leathery wingspan of over 1 metre (3.3 feet). This fruit bat feeds on figs, flowers, and nectar to satiate its sweet tooth — at the same time acting as an important pollinator and seed disperser."
"Indian Vulture or Long-billed vulture (Gyps indicus) is listed as Critically Endangered on the IUCN Red List since 2002. Cause of this catastrophe was "Diclofenac", a common anti-inflammatory drug used in cattle which was passed on to the vultures when they scavenge the dead carcasses."
