Sleep is a fickle thing. One minute you're falling asleep with a face mask on the couch in front of The Princess Bride and the next minute you're scrolling on your phone in your bed until 2AM. After blasting your eyeballs with enough blue light to summon a satellite, you even wonder why you can't sleep… Are we doing this right now or not? Regardless of whether or not you're nocturnal or a nighttime sleeper, sleepers are cursed the need to get a regular 8 hours plus a couple rounds of cat naps during the day. It's what keeps our eye bags minimal, skin looking lustrous, and our hair shining like a brand new Barbie. Our beauty sleep is critical to the functioning well-being of humanity so when the gang is suggesting a night out at the club, we need to charge up beforehand and then take 10-15 business days to recoup our sleep before trying again.
