I wonder how many hours of my life I have already spent working. Supposedly, the average person clocks around 90000 hours at their job(s) in a lifetime, but in my hyperbolic mind it feels like I've already hit that milestone. When the bulk of the day is taken up with those silly little money earning tasks, it's easy to imagine that there's not much more to life.
This isn't true, of course. We have a whole wild world of relationships, hobbies, and travel just waiting to fill up our precious free time. However, all too often it seems like most of us get to the end of the work day and then can't do much more than vegetate on the couch, and maybe attend to those pesky chores if we have the energy.
It's enough to make a grown adult cry, but at least we can steal back some time on the job by looking at work memes. They understand the pressure that we're under.
It's great!!
Not even that, most of the time.
Please.
So relaxing.
Deep breaths.
See ya.
Free me.
A moment of peace.
Feels good!
Let's goooo
I know what you are.
Celebration time.
Tee hee!
Amen.
It just doesn't seem right.
The eternal struggle.
Good for you!
Thanks for your help.
It's a loving relationship.
Oh no!
It's not working.
That'll show 'em.
If only.
