With it being close to the end of the week, we figured that your levels of optimism must be dwindling and that you could most probably do with a good dose of wholesome heartwarming animal memes to help remind you of all the good that there is in the world. Which is something that is easily forgotten about with our attention to social media and the news, doom-scrolling has replaced regular scrolling, and it can only really go downhill from there. Incidentally, this is also the reason that animals do not engage in doom-scrolling because they know from the secret hooman species that came before us, that no good can come of it.

    "I don't usually do live butterflies, but now the zoo found out that I can and they're bringing me patients. This one was deformed out of the chrysalis, so I did a wing transplant. Hoping he can fly tomorrow."

    Just, how even. Beyond the incredibly kind, caring and gentle act that this hooman has taken upon themselves, just how is it physically possible to do such a thing and save the short sweet life of this beautiful butterfly. Even more so in that this butterfly now has a one of a kind paint job, the ladies are gonna love that.

    Found this ~7 month old kitty hanging around my shop May 31st. Super friendly with everyone. Covered in grime, dirt, oil, etc. Decided to bring him home and let him live the life he deserves since he's a good dude.

    Daisy the dog lost all seven of her puppies in a barn fire and wasn't the same afterwards, spending most of her days going to the remains of the barn to look for them. Her owner posted a desperate appeal on Facebook, asking if anyone had puppies she could foster. The next day, the owner of eight orphaned puppies contacted her, and Daisy took to caring for them straight away.

    How can anyone even believe that there is an ounce of bad in the world when presented with this heart melting situation. It is beyond words to describe how wholesome and loving this moment is. Just imagine the same situation in the hooman world, it is almost impossible to imagine. But for animals love is love and babies are babies, no matter how they came, or who's they were.
