What helps me a ton is putting on a documentary on YouTube via headphones on my phone. I turn my phone facedown so no light comes out. I try to pay attention to the documentary, which prevents me from focusing on my thoughts, and I definitely fall asleep way faster!

So to spare yourself a middle of the night p ss to break your sleep, you get up and have to groggily stand in front of the toilet until you can pee.

    amelia1575 18h Having a mould of your mouth taken is just awful. The orthodontist stuffs a heap of.. I think it's clay or plaster of paris something - in your mouth and it basically chokes you whilst it dries around your mouth. It's disgusting. -
