Vegetables are a very important part of everyone's diet. If you don't want to feel sluggish and keep your body and brain in tip top shape, then you gotta eat your veggies! I'm not saying you have to be vegan. I'm just saying, I may or may not didn't have any vegetables with my lunch today and now every button on the keyboard is a struggle to type because I need a post lunch nap STAT. But, that's also because I'm in my thirties. I used to have pizza for every meal and STILL be able to go out after work. Now, I begrudgingly force some leaves down my throat to make it through the day and then take a nap when I get home… I know I sound sour, but I owe lot to veggies, we all do! They help keep us alive.
