For the past two weekends in a row, I've told myself I'm going to be productive. I have repeatedly failed at following through on my promise. The weekend before last I got struck down by a migraine, so at least I had some sort of excuse. However, this Saturday and Sunday I took one look at my list of things to do and decided to vegetate in front of various screens for 48 hours instead.

I have no one to blame except myself, and that creeping guilty feeling of a missed opportunity doesn't exactly help when it comes to making up for lost time. So, while I'll still have tasks to attend to in the next few days, I'm going to be as chill as possible about them. Naturally, this strategy will be helped along with regular meme breaks. I should have realized earlier that this is the only way forward.
