31 Tenderhearted and Toasty Tuxedo Cats That Warm Hearts Better Than a Fiery Furnace
We are huddled up by the fireplace, holding our freezing hands up against the heat, when we hear a faint meow from outside. Curious, we turn our heads to the window just in time to see a little black smudge of fur scramble through the thick, white snow. This cat is easy to spot, as the contrast is so striking… We rush immediately to the front door and dip our feet into our boots, grabbing a coat almost as if it is a last-minute thought. Swinging the door wide open, we walk carefully over the icy pavement and then dive into the snow, just in time to pick up this freezing little critter. It looks up at us, wide-eyed, and judging by the lack of a collar, we realize that it has been abandoned. Poor thing! We know what we must do.
Two hours later, this tuxedo cat is feeling comfortably at home, licking up some yummy warm chicken sauce as it sits on our lap in front of the fireplace.
