Although Wednesday is often pigeonholed as the day that every 9 to 5 worker despairs at, I've grown to have a certain fondness for it over the years. It doesn't have all the hurriedness of making up for the week just gone like Monday and Tuesday, and it doesn't involve as much clockwatching as Friday. With the right mindset, you can adjust to the perfect pace to appreciate the day.

We all know that it doesn't always work out like that, but it's nice to be an idealist from time to time. Even if things go pear shaped, we always have the sweet, escapist embrace of random memes.
