Husband Asks Wife for an Open Relationship, Regrets It When She Gets More Dates Than Him

Open relationships can be tricky, especially if one of the partners doesn't really want it. As the prophetic Twitter user @tyler02020202 once said,

Luckily, all is not lost for the person who cries themselves to sleep every night! When they accept the open relationship and start dating, they might actually begin to have a good time. They may find that even after the years they've spent with one person, they've still got it. Like clockwork, the person who asked for an open relationship doesn't always get all the hot babes they desire. They (usually he, if we're being honest) can get increasingly jealous when they realize their partner (usually their wife) is pulling way more than they ever could. This is the exact setup of one Redditor quagmire.
