Usually, helping your team is considered to be a positive trait that will be looked upon favorably and one that your employer will look for when they first hire you, to the point where listing that you're a "team player" somewhere on your CV is pretty much a given. Seldom, if ever, would you ever expect to be told to leave well enough alone and ignore your struggling coworkers, leaving them to their fate.

Well, that's exactly what this employee was told by their ego-maniacal team “coach” after they were called in to discuss their “behavior." The reality was that their coach was jealous of their aptitude in their role and was trying to hamstring their importance to the company, but as soon as the employee stopped helping their coworkers, the team's performance tanked. Of course, the coach's boss wasn't happy to hear that the coach was letting their ego get in the way of the success of the company, and the coach soon found themself without a job.
