Wholesome Rescued Rabbit Finds Her Purpose by Becoming the Foster Mom to New Rescue Kittens

There is nothing more satisfying in life than rescuing an innocent furbaby and seeing them blossom into living their best life. You hear many stories of happy fairytale endings for rescued dogs and kitties. Well, here is one about a rescued rabbit, because yes, domesticated rabbits need rescuing all the time.

This little baby named Bartha was rescued as a baby by her now-bunny mama. She was initially to only be fostered, but as people who have fostered animals know, sometimes it's simply impossible to say goodbye. So Bertha became a permanent addition to the family. But this family had no intention to stop helping other rescued animals by fostering.

So as the family continued to foster and rescue animals would come and go, she grew beautifully into her role as foster mama. Now, this rescued rabbit becomes the mama for all the baby rescues that come through her family's door. Though she also helps out with the foster pups, her bond with the kittens seems to be stronger.

One commenter said that it's probably because, "the dominant rabbit likes to be groomed and the dominant cat likes to do the grooming, so they both win and think they are the dominant one.” So Bertha the rabbit and her foster kitten babies are now living their best life.
