As kids, our fascination with the natural world starts at an early age. Unable to resist the beauty and mystery of the animal kingdom, a lot of us gravitated toward kid's movies and shows that showcased this magic on the big screen. None did it better than the team at Disney that made 'The Jungle Book'.

Now that all of us are captivated by the rainforests of India, one photographer decided to set out on his own to rediscover the incredibly animated world of Mowgli, except in real life. Shaaz Jung is a photographer who's been published with National Geographic, but recently released a series of amazing photos that look exactly like the movie we all grew up with!
All he's missing are the singing bears, the rural folks, and the silliest of snakes, but here at Animal Comedy headquarters, we certainly approve of the real-world images of our favorite Disney characters. Check out the collection below to get a little nostalgic, enjoying the bear necessities of life just like we used to as kiddos.
