Posted by u/Kurozukii 7 hours ago The tables have turned... Years ago, there was this guy I sometimes used to hang out with. I really liked him and would do anything for him. Unfortunately, the efforts weren't reciprocated.

It was difficult to get a hold of him as he would leave me on read and wouldn't answer my calls. Then after a few days he would reply back that he was very busy and tired because of work and proceeded to start a conversation with me as when I replied he would just leave me on read again. It was truly infuriating but what could I do? I really liked him and was acting like a fool.

The last drop was when one day he invited me to go to the movies. I got ready and waited for him to pick me up at the appointed time. The time came and he wasn't showing up. I waited and waited, I called him and he didn't answer, I texted him and he didn't see

my message. A couple hours later, he sends me a message apologizing that he was so tired and didn't feel like going out. At this point, I was SO done with him! I told him he could at least tell me he wasn't willing to go out and I wouldn't be waiting for him like a CLOWN.

Nowadays, the same guy chases me relentlessly. I am no longer interested in him. He keeps double texting me saying how much he regrets for not giving me the value and love I deserved back then, that he realized I am a wonderful woman who did so much for him and

that he would be willing to do anything for me, that he will always be there whenever I need something. I leave him on read. He keeps calling me and I don't answer his calls. This feels good because now I hope he understands how I felt back then when I used to be ignored by him too.

Kurozukii OP. 6 hr. ago edited 3 hr. ago I would love to do this! Too bad I left the country where he lives in, otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to pay him back in the same coin in this situation that he played me years ago. In one of the messages he sent me he asked where I lived so he could come visit me but I ignored him.

Certain_Silver6524 3 hr. ago For real. You'll become low priority once you're "already obtained". And who does that to anyone - even if they're only friends? You'd only value someone like that who means nothing to you, just mere acquaintances or annoying random callers

Gabrovi 4 hr. ago I have a feeling that if you showed him interest, he's revert to his old ways. Just tell him that you harbor no more resentment, but that someone without basic manners (towards everyone - not just someone he's romantically interested in) just doesn't appeal at all.

SheWho LovesToDraw 6 hr. ago Seems like he enjoyed you putting in all the effort while he stroked his ego, now that you've seen through his self-centered behavior his ego's been bruised. Now he thinks if he can "win" you back you'll go back to taking care of his needs while he sits back and ignores you. Good job, OP! Sometimes people really do need a tase of their own medicine!

IllTemperedOldWoman 6 hr. ago Also, you can bet your last coin that as soon as he thinks he has you, he'll leave you by the wayside again. It's a conquest thing. Don't even fall for it. He's planning HIS revenge on YOU, because apparently you were supposed to keep running after him, longing for him.

fish0814 6 hr. ago I'm guessing that you 'blossomed' during this time. He showed you who he was at the beginning. I'll bet it's fun to watch him now though.
