Also, this year I really embraced the idea that any love a person made you feel is forever yours to keep, and any love you gave someone is forever theirs; you never lose anything by giving love, you only gain.

The only person I truly have in this world 24/7 is myself, so I found it incredibly important this year that I begin investing in myself: my mind, my emotional state, my body...if I make time to get right with myself and use that time. to heal and grow, I can't lose.

ONEEEEE. don't overexplain yourself, don't correct that by refusing to explain yourself, explain yourself to people ONE TIME and let them make the effort to understand you. if you explain every detail and they still refuse to understand, act on it
