It's the Monday morning workplace situation that many people dread: having that vaguely annoying co-worker make chit-chat by asking "so, what did you do this weekend?". If you spent all two days rotting in bed and feeling sorry for yourself, there is pressure to cover it up and look more like a presentable human being. On the other hand, if something genuinely interesting happened there is every chance it isn't a SFW conversation. That or people will start to dislike you because they think that you're boasting.
Perhaps the best way to eventually avoid that question is to just be very boring about it. Tell them in excruciating detail every single minor action you took part in during those all too brief 48 hours. Even better, describe to them some of the memes that you looked at. There's nothing less entertaining than trying to explain a joke, no matter what format it comes in.
