The story below is an account of an employee who overcame the system. Due to an injury, OP has been released from his present role. According to the terms of the employment contract, the hiring company has the legal right to terminate the agreement if an employee misses more than X consecutive days of work in the course of a year. All is well at this point. But things take a bad turn when OP examines his contract per his employer's request and discovers that he has not been receiving his commissions.
