'You should not pay more than $5 for a mocktail': Non-drinkers ponder reasonably priced mocktail menu during Dry January

There is a world of benefits that come with choosing not to drink alcohol, a lifestyle that more and more people have taken to over recent years. However, it is increasingly common that saving money is not one of them. The drinks industry is forever coming up with fancy ways to make teetotalers swerve the club soda and part with more of their hard-earned cash. 

One of the most elaborate methods of doing this comes in the form of the mocktail, a beverage that boldly claims that because it is several liquids mixed together, it's like a non-alcoholic cocktail. These drinks can undoubtedly be delicious, but bars have a habit of acting like they deserve to be just as pricey as their boozy counterparts.

This means that many non-drinkers found it refreshing to see a mocktail menu that was reasonably priced on Twitter recently. While some pointed out these weren't very complex beverages, many hoped to see more of this in the future. This should be the way to go.
