What Pregnancies Look Like In The Animal World: Magical Photos Capturing The Realities Of Motherhood

There are so many magical things to discover about the animal world. No matter how much we learn, how many cool facts and photos we come across, it's never enough. Over our time writing for Animal Comedy, we have learned some of the most amazing things about the animal kingdom. Things like the truth about fossils in the Appalachian mountains, and just how gigantic the deep sea phantom jellyfish is, and discovering that there is an animal whose mouth is longer than a human.

We really try to see as much as we can, and we think that we have seen a lot. And then we came across this thread, and we realized that we haven't seen some of the most obvious things. Pregnancies in the animal world. We have seen pregnant cats and dogs, but what about other animals? Have you ever seen a pregnant zebra or beluga whale? Because we haven't, and you're about to.

Alright, we can safely say that even we, people who make this kind of content day in and day out, have never seen a picture of a pregnant zebra, and we are kind of in love. The width, the poise, the stance. We're obsessed, and we hope she delivered safely and quickly.

You thought a beluga whale was big before? So did we. We did not even think to imagine what this animal would look like pregnant, but now that we have seen it, we will never stop smiling about it. So lorge and in chorge. We love.
