Having animals… is a whole adventure. Don't let anyone tell you that pet ownership is easy. Animals are complete and total hooligans, especially when they feel comfortable around you. Your dogs will chew your toilet paper and show it to you as if they expect you to be proud of it. Your cats will steal food right off your plate while maintaining eye direct eye contact with you. Your parrots will give commands to your dog just because they can and they like seeing the dog get heckin' confused.

And while some pets do this stuff just because they don't understand they're not supposed to, other animals totally understand and choose to be little agent of chaos anyway. And you know what, annoying as it may be sometimes, pet ownership being such a silly adventure is exactly what makes it so amazing in the first place.

Honestly, non-animal people might think that your pets doing this is inconvenient, that you should train your pets better to listen to you. But we… actual animal people that we are, think that this is the cutest thing in the world. Moments like these are what makes being a pet owner worth it.
