22 Frog Memes That Have Amphibian Flair

I'm not sure anybody expected frogs to be such an enduringly iconic species when it came to inspiration for memes, but I guess it kind of makes sense. They're weird looking, they make a funny noise, and they move around in a strange way. They have the trifecta of weirdness.

I don't say this to put them down. I think frogs are cool. They have to be to have inspired so many memes. There are thousands of different species of them, too, so in theory a dedicated fan could spend the rest of their life dedicating funny pictures to every single type.

We aren't going to go that far today, but we will show our humble appreciation for the humor brought by the most famous of the amphibians. They're just as goofy as you might expect, and while they aren't quite as cuddly as cat memes, they can be just as varied.
