Here at ICanHasCheezburger, we do not cat-scriminate. We love all cats. We love silly ginger cats that only have one braincell collectively. We love chonky cats and their floofy bellies, because the more cat there is, the more cat there is for us to love. We love pirate cats that only have one eye, we love three-legged cats and senior cats and black cats and every single cat that does not get as much love as it should. And within that cat-egory of cats that should get more love, we of course have… blind cats.
Don't let them fool you. Just because these cats are blind does not mean that they will not stare right into your soul and make you the best human servant that they can make you. We purrsonally think that blind cats have powers that other cats don't. They're wizards, we're sure of it. They can make us do anything, and we will do it with joy. If that's not magical – if that's not a reason to give the blind cat at the shelter another moment of consideration, then we don't know what is.

We absolutely love that these kinds of posts go viral on the internet. A super senior cat. A blind super senior cat. A blind super senior cat that's not really doing anything special – simply existing is all it takes to get the internet's attention. That's the power of blind cats like this one, and it's why we love them.
We can only ask that more of these purrfectly impurrfect cats go viral, because we think – we hope – that these posts getting so much love online would convince people to adopt more of them. These adorable kitties deserve furrever homes just as much as any other, and we promise that they will also make you just as happy as any other.
