A shiver runs down your spine as you enter the towering gates of Ravencrest Citadel, and not solely from the biting wind that icily licks the tip of your nose, but also from the sheer magnitude of the fortress before you. Its dark stone walls rise defiantly against the black sky, adorned with ancient red banners that flutter ominously in the gusts. Whispers of the castle's storied past fill the cold air, tales of battles fought, secrets buried within its corridors.

You are hesitant to enter but know you have no choice. Statues of Kings are lined up outside of the castle gates, serving as reminders of the past. You recognize a few of the stony faces from past lives. Suddenly, from the shadows, they emerged… ethereal figures gliding silently through the air, their forms translucent and shimmering. You gasp, taken aback at first. Why, you do not know. This is not the first time you have encountered ghosts… Their eyes, hollow and filled with an otherworldly light, seem to pierce through the veil of reality. Or at least, reality as you know it. You can feel their sorrow, their longing… You are overridden with fear, and realize… You need to get out, now.
