It's the first time your cheeks burn, your stomach drops, and you ever wish you could disappear into the floor. For those of us with a bleeding heart and a knack for making blunders in our love life, that feeling becomes all too familiar, but for the star of our next story, the searing shame of wearing his heart on his sleeve nearly cost him his job. 

After writing up a colorfully worded love letter to his girlfriend, u/HopeWhich1179 accidentally took a leap of faith– directly off of a cliff.     2d ago Steven1789 Presumably you addressed the sealed the envelope. So why would your boss open it? Even if the envelope wasn't addressed, it was sealed. Do you regularly seal work in envelopes? What's more, once the boss started reading your letter, wouldn't he just stop?
