What's your favorite dinosaur? Is it big, is it small, did it evolve into a bird? Did it swim, did it fight, did it travel in herds? Many of us have loved dinosaurs as long as we can remember, collecting plastic figurines of the latest spinosaurus depiction and bringing them to every pool party. Sure, if you loved dinosaurs that much, you were probably bullied just a little bit, but so what– you always had the coolest stickers, light-up shoes, and the best pronunciation of all the prehistoric dino names. 

Dino-loving kids all had parents who were glad for their obsession. Spending the afternoon at the museum is more delightful than a full day at the soccer field, and having a kid who reads National Geographic instead of playing GTA was probably a delight too. Parents probably thought we'd grow out of it soon enough. Well, guess what mama? This dinosaur lover is now an adult and the obsession never went away! We're members at the local natural history museum and we ask every new romantic partner what their favorite dinosaur is before getting into a relationship with them. We may not be paleontologists, but the dino love runs deep.
